Where Can Jeuveau® Be Used?
Jeuveau® is a prescription injection used to temporarily improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows (glabellar lines) in adults.
What Are Possible Side Effects?
The most common side effects include: headache; eyelid drooping, upper respiratory tract infection, and increased white blood cell count.
How Long Is It Indicated?
The majority of users see improvements in as little as 2 days, however it may take up to 30 days for full results. Jeuveau® may help smooth frown lines for up to 4 months.
What Are The Contraindications?
Do not take Jeuveau® if you…
- Are allergic to any of the ingredients in Jeuveau® (see Medication Guide for
ingredients) - Had an allergic reaction to any other botulinum toxin product such as rimabotulinumtoxinB (Myobloc®), onabotulinumtoxinA (Botox®/Botox® Cosmetic), abobotulinumtoxinA (Dysport®), or incobotulinumtoxinA (Xeomin®)
- Have a skin infection at the planned injection site; or are a child.
