My name is Kristen Boltz, and I’m a licensed Advanced Cosmetologist with over 25 years of experience in the beauty and esthetics industry. I’ve had the pleasure of working with top salons and spas in the area and also spent years owning and operating a successful business of my own. Much of my work has centered around esthetics—a field I’m deeply passionate about and where my heart truly lies. Helping people feel confident and radiant in their own skin is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. That same dedication now drives my work at Youthful Aesthetics, where I’m proud to offer services on a part-time basis.

While esthetics has always held a special place in my heart, I also work full-time as a Realtor with Kaufman Realty & Auctions in New Philadelphia. Though real estate is now my primary focus, my desire to help others feel at ease and supported remains at the center of everything I do. Whether I’m guiding someone through the process of selling their home or pampering them with a relaxing facial, I strive to create a positive, personalized experience every time.

Outside of work, my favorite moments are spent with my husband, our two sons, and our fur-babies. Giving back to my community is also incredibly important to me. I serve on the Board of Directors at the Tuscarawas County Humane Society and actively support the Cause for Paws committee to raise awareness and funds for the shelter. I’m also involved with New Philadelphia Advancing Our Community Together (NPAct), an organization committed to enhancing our city through public improvements and business development.
